The third Sekirei Minato. Matsu is a hacker and a computer whiz, using a vast network of spy satellites and devices to collect large amounts of information, and has even managed to infiltrate MBI's main computer.  It refers to itself as the "Sekirei of Wisdom". Yet despite his high intellect, she is very perverted as it uses its resources to spy on people and often, try experimenting with Minato. She is haunted by the MBI, so living in a secret room at the Inn of Izumo, and rarely ventures out of the inn.  The reason is that she has stolen "the Jinki # 08 Yume". Matsu was once one of the members of the "First Generation" of "Disciplinary Squad".  She serves primarily as the "strategist" Minato.  Matsu has the ability to access and analyze any electronic device on a telepathic level, but does not have the power to control them. Its name literally means Pino.  Miya gave him the nickname of "Perverted Four Eyes". Her Jinki (issue # 2) was a prize for the winner of the second game of the third stage.
