Ryuk

Ryuk (リューク, Ryuku)

It is a character in the anime and manga series Death Note namesake.

Ryuk is a shinigami, which disgusted by the lack of activity in your world, decides to drop a Death Note in the human world, for the sake of entertainment and thus avoid boredom.

Another significant feature of Ryuk is the professes love apples, as the world's shinigami are of bad taste and very sandy, and therefore these you are very juicy.  Both worships, that when time passes without consuming any, begins to squirm and act like a child, due to the enormous experiencing withdrawal. It has a very special character to be a shinigami, since it is very funny and has lots of initiative, something really strange about their species.  You could say that Ryuk feels no attachment to anything, since it is limited to making mere observer when Light, the human remains bonded to the notebook, start indiscriminately killing criminals and others who oppose their ideology, but that if, when the latter commanded to do something, the only complies if it might continue entertaining.
